Ann’s career has primarily been in the agricultural lending industry for the past 30 years, commencing with Crocker National Bank’s Agricultural Division through the mid-80’s, and later a partner in Hilbridg Associates for four years, which focused on agricultural workouts and property management. She also owned farm property on the Central Coast.

Ann also holds a California Real Estate Agent’s License. She is one of the founding members of the Agricultural Lenders Society of California, as well as a founding committee member of the Ag Boosters BBQ. Ann has been active 25 of the past 29 years in organizing the BBQ which benefits the Ag One Foundation at Fresno State and California Women for Agriculture.
